Hi, I’ve had my Iskur v1 XL for about 4 years now and the Welding at the base has finally snapped which is a little insane
im Definitely out of warranty but have the serial number, i was wondering if i could buy a replacement base for the chair if at all possible instead of dropping money on a V2 or X

For security reasons, I would suggest that you remove your serial number from your post. Let me assist you with your chair. Can you send me a PM with photos of the broken part and your receipt/invoice so I can attach them to your case? You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
