Hi, I bought a Viper V3 Pro and it’s not charging. I already tried unplugging it and restarting my computer, but it’s still stuck at 0%.

Try plugging it into a different power outlet. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your Viper V3 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
