Hi, I bought a Viper V3 Pro and it’s not charging. I already tried unplugging it and restarting my computer, but it’s still stuck at 0%.

If you already tried the following:

  1. Use another working USB Type-A to USB Type-C cable to charge the mouse.
  2. Connect the mouse directly to another computer’s working USB port.
  3. Charge the mouse directly to a USB Wall Charger / Wall Adapter.

and the Razer Viper V3 Pro is still getting stuck at 0%, then it is often caused by a firmware bug or a "frozen" battery state, even if the mouse works while plugged in.
