Raze Blackwidow V3 lighting problem

Hello everyone

 

since razer automatic software update + automatic firmware update, my lighting dont work. only generic lighting(cnaging one color at time). if i start razer sofware keyboard start blinking and cant fix. i find new firmware update but update dont wont to start, i believe because now keyborad have one error in device manager(USB input device). Keyboard is out of warranty, and i hope that this problem can be solved somehow Thanks in advance

Hey AgresorGSP1986,

To help you fix you the issue with the lighting issue with your Razer BlackWidow V3, please follow the steps in this link. You can also try the troubleshooting list here:

1. Connect your keyboard directly to the PC and not a USB hub.
2. Test your keyboard with a different USB Port.
3. Get the latest Windows update.
4. Update the Razer BlackWidow V3 firmware under Drivers & Downloads.
5. Test if the issue happens with other color configuration.
6. Reset your keyboard's Razer Synapse profile.

7. Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and other keyboard configuration software.

8. If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your keyboard drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
9. Check if the issue happens using a different Razer ID.
10. Check if the issue persists with a different PC.
