Razen Kraken V4 Wireless, volume knob controls system volume

I bought a Razer Kraken V4 Wireless, I have a weird problem when the volume knob on my headphones also controls the whole system volume. I have used Razer products before and this hasn't happened at all.

Also I tried reducing the volume of System Sounds (or even muting it) in the Volume Mixer, but the sounds still comes out at 100%. Any suggestions?
