Hi!
I have a Razer Blade Stealth 13" with a GeForce GTX 1650 Max-Q. I'd like to connect it to my Samsung 4K TV at 4K resolution w/60Hz refresh. Right now it works fine at 4K w/30Hz refresh. I've been able to connect other devices at 4K w/60Hz with no problem (e.g. AppleTV, XBox One . Is there a particular adapter I should use, or is there something else I should try...?
Thanks!
-Will

Are you connected to the TV via a wired or a wireless connection? Have you tried adjusting the refresh rate of the monitor via monitor settings on Windows?
Wired connection. Tried this adapter: https://amzn.to/2TLyBVt and this one: https://www.apple.com/shop/product/MUF82/usb-c-digital-av-multiport-adapter (the v2 that has 4k @ 60Hz support)
Both of them showed as 30Hz when connected to the Samsung TV (SAMSUNG UN55KS8000FXZA) in the monitor / display adapter settings. TV was set to game mode.
Interestingly, Windows 10 (v latest via Windows Update) didn't offer any options to change the resolution on the tv - the only option was 4k @ 30Hz.
Kind of at a loss. Any other ideas? The same HDMI cables work fine driving at 4K with both Apple TV & XBox One X...

Try plugging it into the Thunderbolt 3 USB-C port on the left side of the laptop. Also, try to disable the Intel HD GPU to force things to run on the GTX 1650. PM me your results.
