Hello,
I'm having an issue with my Razer 14 RZ09-0427. The battery doesn't work any more so i ordered a new one. the problem is that the battery is bloqued at 85% and detected on my pc but when i unplug the pc from the sector the pc turn off immediately.
Someone can help me please ?
