Razer 14 Laptop Battery Replacement

Hello,

 

I’ve had my laptop since 2021 June and the battery has died. It no longer charges. We tested the wattage on the charger and the charger works perfectly but the battery itself is not charging at all. I tried everything I could and looking at the battery report it’s obvious. 
 

I desperately need to find a replacement battery for my computer and don’t know what to do! It’s a razer blade 14, and my favorite computer ever I would hate to have to part with it if I can’t find a replacement.

 

please help I’m begging!!

Let me help you with your Blade 14. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team so they can assist with your battery replacement? Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
