Hey, I just got my new Razerblade 15 Advanced with all the best specs a few hours ago. From the first moment I turned it on, it is flaming hot. The CPU/GPU temps that it's showing are good! Around 71C under stress trying to run Overwatch, but the keyboard! Man, pressing the D button for more than a second actually hurt my finger!
It is actually burning!
What's going on? Anyone else has this problem? I can't believe this is normal, is it?
Thanks
Lev

My Razer Blade 15" (2018) - Advanced Model gets insanely hot also whenever any game is being played. I bought a USB-powered cooling fan base to try to keep it somewhat cool, which helps but isn't great.
Thing is - it's still too warm for comfort even when not doing anything, and gets insanely hot at any work load. I have an old plastic-made Asus ROG with a fan that's barely working, overheats constantly - the main reason I got a new laptop - and it's not even remotely close to being as hot as my Razerblade gets.
I'm sending it back to get a replacement, hoping that it's defective and not what it should be like because this kind of heat while gaming makes absolutely no sense.

Hello I just received a Razer Blade 2020 Advanced Model yesterday and it also gets incredibly hot at the bottom, and it is noticeable on the palms area as well. Did you get your computer replaced? Did it help?
