Is anyone else having a problem with the razer 15 advanced built-in webcam not working? I've already tried following the videos online by uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them and checking my settings, but the camera still doesn't work. I also tried to factory reset the laptop and all that pops up is a black screen still.

Maybe faulty camera. You can also try downloading some linux distro for eg. Ubuntu, and run it from pendrive, so you'll albo be able to check (on other OS) if the camera is visible or not.
If not - return it on warranty.
If not - return it on warranty.
