Razer 15 base model SSD upgrade

Razer Blade 15” Base - GTX1660 Ti (2019) | RZ09-03009

is my model. 

I tried to upgrade me SSD today. I have purchased a crucial P3 plus 1TB hardrive, and when inserted into my laptop. It hangs before BIOS at logo. I later installed this SSD in my PS5 and it works without any issues.

 

Dose anyone know if I try another brand it would work?

I have the exact same issue and no one from razer seems to care.. @dekades must be trying to sell more new laptops.
