I'm not a person who normally posts on threads and I'm probably creating a bad example of a form post right now but I don't really care sorry.
My laptop fan after 6 months is now very unbalanced and loud. I can feel it vibrating my laptop. I contacted the support email and they just have asked what it sounds like are copy and pasted questions. It takes a day for them to respond and in the latest email they told me to turn down my fans and make sure that my driver's and software were updated, when the physical fan is messed up.

I guess my question is, is that the typical razer customer service experience? cause so far this process has been annoying.
