Razer 15 running hot! | Razer Insider

Hi, I have a Razer 15 2020 advanced and it's been running really hot, lately (Win 11). I have blown out the fans with air, the CPU % is not high, but when I do a diagnostics, it says the current frequency is running about 4600, stock frequency is 2300. Temps are ranging from 75-86 degrees Celsius. It's a Core i7 10875H. It's almost as though it's being overclocked or something. I went into Synapse and changed the cpu to low, it's only making a marginal difference.

Could there be some Intel driver or something screwed up in terms of temp regulation? I did watch the Razer video about overheating, so I'm not sure what to check, next. Something in the BIOS?

Are you referring to the Blade 15 Advance 2020 | RZ09-0330x? Please check the recommendation from this article. If that is the model, ensure that your BIOS version is on 1.06. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM including your laptop's serial number so I can check its details and provide model-specific recommendations for your unit.
I did read that article. I will check the bios next time I reboot. Was there a specific issue with earlier versions?

I went and turned off turbo boost and it's not overclocking anymore, but I've never had to do that since I've had this computer, which makes me wonder if something else is up.
Well, I went to go update the bios, it crashed for some reason and now my computer isn't working. Just a black screen. What do I do now?

Oh my! Please send me a message including your Razer Blade's serial number, as I need to check its details. Also, check if the laptop will restart within 15-30 minutes. Let's continue our conversation privately or initiate a support ticket through the links I attached above.
OK I will do that now. It didn't restart.
