new laptop. VERY disappointed. Baldors Gate 3 is completely unplayable….like the very beginning animation is so choppy and slow you cant even get past that.

I appreciate your frustrations and thanks for alerting us about the performance problem of your laptop. Have you already tried updating its GPU driver and the Synapse 3 app so it can fetch all of the necessary updates for your device? If that didn’t help, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for model-specific workarounds to help you resolve the issue. Thanks!
Right now games are unplayable. Baldors Gate 3 and Cities Skyline 2 are so laggy you cant even start the game. I have just done a ‘recovery’ without updating anything and its still a mess. I’ll try updating Synapse and the Nidivia driver, but I hold no hope that, that will work. I’ll report back.
Did a clean install of the Nvidia drivers. C.Skyline 2 is slightly better but not really playable. Still has lag and blur from mouse movement. I’m now going to update Synapse.
Nope. Still not a playable game. The only thing I can think of is to install new memory and new ssd drives.
