Razer 16 screen static

Hi, I just bought the razer 16 laptop a few days ago for school (I’m an architecture student), but whenever I decide to open autocad or a video game, the screen turns into this static(?) whenever I enter full screen mode and then my laptop restarts… this is super disappointing to me because I bought this for school and it’s acting a lot like my old laptop. If anyone can help me out, that would be great. Thank youu!
