RZ09-0484UEH4-R3U1 is my model, 2023 razer blade 18. Always used with care other than a mishap damaging left shift key cap.
Im having a awful time reaching any help whatsoever in support...I just want to get my expensive heater fixed so I am not in a complete anger over the amount of money i originally dumped into this..
Anyway, problems as follows:
-Classic hinge wobble, not stable anymore and getting worse. Thing flops around wildly with any movement. Crazy for a laptop this expensive, let alone it being the ONLY one ive ever owned that has done this..Need it fixed somehow or guidance.
-Overheating constantly; embarassingly to admit I only play RSPS/runescape style 1995 era games lol nothing new; that being said this thing gets nuclear bonfire hot to burn skin for NO reason. Need help, or guidance on it. Already know the heat cooling on these things are poor beyond belief sadly.
-Power port loose, newer issue and worsening fast. Any slight touch of cable= instant unplug according to OS
-Left shift keycap broke in half (my fault entirely, accident) would like to figure out how to fix.

Any help appreciated, want to get ahead of this if possible so no further damage occurs.
