I purchased the new Razer Blade 18 back at the end of September and mostly use it for work rather than game play. I have had a Razer 17 for 4 years and loved it, but wanted more RAM and memory to support the volume of things I’m doing at once.
This new laptop seems to crash atleast once a week, simply saying it has hit an issue and needs to shut down. It is incredibly frustrating and highly inconvenient when it happens.
I need some help in identifying why this is occuring - I never had this issue on my Razer 17.
