Razer 2.0 Legacy Macro Delay Resets???

I am making a macro which is pretty basic and I want the delay between the up and down of a key to be 0.015 seconds or 15 miliseconds. When editing it to 0.015 It resets/switches to 0.014 automatically and wont save when going back to the macro profile???
