Hi I'm having trouble restarting my phone back to normal. I tried to download Android 12 and I think I might have corrupted the operating system. It is stuck on the logo screen and is not loading recovery mode, wiping the user data and turning off? Any suggestions would be great help! Ta

Where did you download the Android 12 OS? Did you already try to turn if off by pressing the power button for 10 seconds? PM me the serial number so I can validate its model or your Razer ID if it's registered in your account so I can pull up its information and check for other steps to help you address the problem. Hi, Unfortunately I cannot remember where I downloaded the Android 12... I tried that and loaded up the recovery mode but now the phone isn't even loading up the recovery mode. I am also not registered with Razor ID as I brought the phone on Facebook Market Place a year a go. I thought it would be an easy fix to get the operating system back to normal. I might try finding a shop that specialised in Razer software. Thanks for your help though.
