Could anyone help me? I forgot how I could access my 2-step verification and I also don't have a backup account but I still have the main email account. :(

    As far as I can tell, the 2-step verification you have is enabled using a mobile authenticator app. You will have to use that app to get the codes or use one of your backup codes.

    I have the same problem but i lost my backup codes and applications
