Just purchased a Kraken X. When I install the 7.1 Surround Sound software, I am unable to sign in. Every option I try doesn't work. When I attempt to sign in as a guest, I am just brought back to the sign-in page and unable to proceed further. Need assistance so I can unable 7.1 surround sound on my headset.
It is not my internet connection, everything works fine internet-wise and I have downloaded, installed, and signed into Synapse 3 but I can't sign into the 7.1 software.
