Razer 7.1 sound activation code

I have a 7.1 sorround activation code tied to this Razer ID but I'm going to delete this ID because I have to return the headphones to the store I bought them due to issue it has local warranty not international can I get a new code that doesn't say activation code is already used or can be tied to the product serial number?

Thank you for sharing your concern here. Please note that application codes, like the 7.1 surround sound activation code, are designed for one-time use and are non-transferable. If the previous owner already registered and used the code, unfortunately, we won't be able to provide a new one. 

Once an activation code has been used with a Razer ID, it remains tied to that account. Even if you delete your Razer ID, the activation code will still be marked as used. This means that when the next user attempts to register the product, they will be notified that the product is already registered and the activation code is no longer valid for reuse.
