Hello, I recently bought Razar Kraken x. However When I opened the product, I found out that the code was redeemed already. Can you do anything from your end? Reset the code or must I return to the vendor? The thing is it is far away. I wish if you could help.

Try to register your headset and the activation code will be sent via email. Just check your email inbox, spam or junk folder from time to time. You can send me a PM anytime if you need further assistance.
