I bought the Razer Kraken X USB and it did not include an activation code, I saw that by adding the Razer ID I can claim the activation code, but I have no idea how to do that. Please help

Have you registered the device? Please send me the email address that is associated to your Razer ID together with your device's serial number that starts with "SN' via PM so I can check its registration status. Let's continue from there.
I have the same problem, i bought a Razer Kraken Tournament Edtion and a Razer Kraken Chroma V2 and i did all the required steps and registered the headset into my razer account, but i never recieved any activation code to use in the 7.1 surround application, anyone can help me please?
I register my 7.1 kraken pro v2 and when i register my details the web says
