Razer 7.1 Surround does not work / Kraken X Microphone does not work

Hello, I need your help. You see, I bought myself a headset and I wanted to, you know, install the software to "unlock the full potential" of my headset. Point is, when I try to run the software nothing happens. I can't use it. My Kraken X Mic also doesn't work. I connected it properly, green for audio, red for mic, but it still doesn't even show up in the device manager. If someone helped me, I would be sincerely obliged.
