Razer 7.1 Surround problem

Hi. So i purchased 3 years ago a razer deathadder and there was a promotion if u have something from razer, you get razer 7.1 surround for free. I activated the code i got and used razer surround for some time. Now i tried installing razer surround again, and it says that i do not have it enabled on my razer account and the old activation code doesnt work anymore. So my question is why did razer surround was deactiveted from my account? help please
