Razer 7.1 Surround Sound activation issue after Windows reinstall

Hello Razer Support Team,

I am having an issue with activating Razer 7.1 Surround Sound after reinstalling Windows.

I am using a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset. When I first purchased the headset, I successfully activated the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. The activation worked correctly at that time.

Recently, I reinstalled (formatted) my computer and installed Razer 7.1 Surround Sound again. After logging into the same Razer ID account that was used previously, the software asks me to activate 7.1 Surround Sound again using an activation code.

However, when I enter the original activation code that came with the headset, the system returns an error stating that the code has already been used.

The issue is no longer relevant. I resolved it by signing in using Apple ID with the same email address.

The device is registered under my email address, but the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code was originally activated using Sign in with Apple. Because of this, the device registration and the license activation appear to be associated with different account types, even though they use the same email address.

In my opinion, this separation is not logical and can easily cause confusion for users.
