I am having an issue with activating Razer 7.1 Surround Sound after reinstalling Windows.
I am using a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset. When I first purchased the headset, I successfully activated the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. The activation worked correctly at that time.
Recently, I reinstalled (formatted) my computer and installed Razer 7.1 Surround Sound again. After logging into the same Razer ID account that was used previously, the software asks me to activate 7.1 Surround Sound again using an activation code.
However, when I enter the original activation code that came with the headset, the system returns an error stating that the code has already been used.
