Hello everyone, I just bought Razer Blackshark V3 X Hyperspeed and installed Razer apps. However 7.1 app doesn’t launch whatever I do. My operating system is Windows 11 and everything except that app works fine. It is really frustrating since it is an important feature which I’d like to use but can not. Is there any fix for this? Thanks.

Hey there,
I understand that the 7.1 Surround Sound app on your Razer BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed is not launching on your Windows 11 system.
Try to uninstall it and then reinstall the 7.1 Surround Sound software. Additionally, try using a different browser when downloading or activating the software to see if the issue persists.
