I just got a new laptop and downloaded the app, using the same headset I had with my old laptop. The headset is activated and everything seems fine, but there is no sound coming through it. I’ve selected the correct audio output option, yet nothing works. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the issue persists. I’ve tried everything I can think of, and I’m completely lost.

Give the steps in this Article a try to fix the audio issue. Remember, 7.1 Surround Sound supports up to 48000 Hz, so make sure your default output matches that. Hopefully, this resolves your low or no audio problem. If it doesn't, just shoot me a PM with your headset's serial number and your Windows version. I'll check for other solutions. Good luck!
