Razer 7.1 Surround Sound application doesn't work.

Hello! I bought my razer krakens in winter, and 7.1 surround sound and everything worked perfect. Now I did a factory reset to my computer and I reinstalled 7.1 surround sound application and I can't change output and I can't activate it either. I set my 7.1 surround sound as my default output as well but it didn't work. I watched a lot of different tutorials on youtube but none of them worked. I hope that I can get help from here.

If you just factory reset your PC make sure to update the audio drivers and Windows OS. Try to clean install the application once done. If that didn't help, let me know through PM by providing the serial number of your headset so I can validate its model specification and raise your concern to the Software Team by starting if necessary. -Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
