Razer 7.1 surround sound code invalid

Hi, I recently bought the Razer Kraken X and it came with scratch code however when I typed the code in, it says license invalid. I typed the exact code that's written on here. Could anyone please help me on how to solve this? Thank you,

    Do you mind sending me a screenshot of the error message and the activation code via PM? That way, I can see things from your perspective and assist you properly. Save them on Google Drive, then send me the shareable link. Don't forget to include the serial number of your headset and the email address linked to your Razer ID. Let's go from there.
