Razer 7.1 Surround Sound - No Audio After Every Restart

Hello insiders,
Device Information:
Headset: Razer BlackShark V2 X
Operating System: Windows 11
Audio Jack: Single combo 3.5mm jack
Razer Software: Razer Synapse 4 with 7.1 Surround Sound (paid activation)
Problem Description:
Every time I restart my PC, the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound stops working completely. There is no audio output when 7.1 is enabled. The app opens automatically on startup but produces no sound. When I disable 7.1, sound works perfectly fine through Realtek Audio.
What I have tried:
Using the repair button in the Razer app — works temporarily but resets after restart
Uninstalling and reinstalling the Razer app completely
Uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek audio drivers
Setting 7.1 Surround Sound as default playback device in Windows Sound Settings
Changing the output device inside the Razer 7.1 app between Realtek Speaker and Realtek Headphone — neither works after restart
Creating a Task Scheduler task to launch the app with a 30 second delay after startup
Performing a Windows System Restore
Trying all three output devices shown in the Razer 7.1 app dropdown
Additional observations:
The Razer 7.1 app shows "Enable Surround Sound" toggle is ON after restart
Windows Sound Settings shows "Speakers (7.1 Surround Sound)" as the selected output device
Despite all settings appearing correct, no sound comes through
The only temporary fix is using the repair function in the Razer app, but this stops working after a while too
Sound works perfectly fine when switching to Windows Sonic for Headphones as a workaround
is there any solution for that , and thanks for all of you
