Razer 7.1 Surround Sound Not Activating

You might be able to get the support team to reset it, because once you do something like reinstall Windows, it thinks you’re another user trying to use the same code.

Open a support ticket and ask them to reset the 7.1 activation on your Razer ID. In your support ticket include (don’t post any of this here):

1. E-mail associated with the Razer ID
2. Serial number
3. Last four digits of the code
4. Screenshot of the error

If the code was used before, it’s already bound to your RazerID account. Don’t try to activate it again, because it’s used, just use login function in 7.1 surround app to login to your Razer account (the same account, that you’ve used to activate the key before).

Thank you for sharing your concern here. Please note that once the activation code has been successfully used and activated, it becomes permanently associated with your Razer ID account, regardless of which PC you use. Simply log in using the same email address that you used to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound code or register the device. 

To further investigate the issue, please send me a PM with the following information:

1. The device's serial number
2. The email address used to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound code
3. A full-screen screenshot of the error message you are receiving when entering the activation code
