Razer 7.1 Surround Sound not popping up on Default audio output Windows 10
Can someone help me? I have Kraken X headphones and just downloaded the 7.1 Surround Sound app. When I choose my output device it has a warning sign which says in order for the effects to work you need to put it as your default system's default playback device. When I check all my default playback devices, the 1.7 Surround Sound is not there. My brother bought the same headphones at the same time as me and it pops up for him. Pls Help!

FirestormGameYTHi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Have you tried manually searching and reinstalling for the THX driver under the device manager? If you haven't, please check the steps from this link and see if it helps.
