I have received my replacement headset from Razer, the Razer Kraken X Lite. I already had the 7.1 surround sound software installed and when I used my new headset, it just wouldn't work. The regular audio device works fine. Also I noticed that when I had the 7.1 surround sound on and I would test the surround sound only the stereo would work it wouldn't play the other virtual speakers, as normal stereo sounds work in the 7.1 surround audio device. I have tried restarting my pc, and reinstalling the 7.1 surround sound, yet that does not fix the issue. I've also tried to set the audio device to the same frequency of 48KHz Can anyone help, please this is urgent.
