razer 7.1 surround sound server access unavailable

Hellow pls help me I bought Razer Blackshark V2x yesterday, the headset is really great, but when I install Razer 7.1 on the computer, I get a server error and it says check your internet. How can I solve this?

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered while installing the 7.1 Surround Sound. To isolate the problem, please make sure your internet connection is stable and working properly. Check if there are any firewall or antivirus settings blocking the Razer 7.1 Surround software from accessing the internet. You may need to add an exception for the software in your security settings. You only need an Internet connection when activating 7.1 Surround using the code and logging in with your RazerID.
