Hello! I hope this message will reach out to the Razer Support team! I had bought a pair of Razer Kraken X Headphones and came with a card with an activation code for 7.1 Surround Sound on it, I did everything just like in that tutorial video on youtube, but as soon as i had the 7,1 Surround activated as default everything, the sound will not work whatsoever and everytime i try to watch a video with it, it just freezes the video, i would like some help as soon as possible.
