I can't see my Razer product. The 7.1 section is missing from my computer, and I'm getting this warning. I haven't been able to get it to work at all, and even when I turn off all sound from the headphones, I still hear faint computer sounds. I'm connecting to the computer with a dual cable, and 7.1 doesn't appear in the system.
