I buy a Razer card yesterday. I try to redeem it last night but the WiFi I was using went off. When I get back online I try to redeem it several times without number it won't redeem. I really would love to know what the problem is.

Unfortunately, we have limited access to this part of our system. Thus we suggest you contact our Razer Gold Support Team via email by creating Ticket or Live Chat so they can provide information on when the code was redeemed. Please make sure to include all relevant information such as proof of purchase (Purchase receipt and Activation receipt), and Razer Gold PIN/ Gift Card. Kindly ensure to follow the specifications as below:

  • Everything has to be a separate image.
  • Do not stack the gift card and receipt.
  • Do not blur or mark on the gift card and receipt.
  • Kindly change the file size to a smaller size.
  • Kindly ensure that the images are clear and show all four corners.
