Hello!
I have a troubles with a scroll wheel. It usually starts when I play The Sims 4, so during the game, the camera rotating by pressing the wheel stops working. Then out of the game, scrolling by pressing the wheel (when you see double arrows) and also opening new tabs by clicking the scroll wheel. Also it shows that my device has 411 kernel problem.
I checked the game’s settings, updated drivers, plug/unplug stuff and turned off and on mouse in the device manager. Nothing helps.
Is there any way to solve this problem? The normal scrolling works.
