Hi, how do you turn off the lights? I downloaded Synapse 2.0 but it didn't even show up that the mouse was installed.

You can do it in the lighting tab where you can toggle it on or off the logo. If the Synapse cannot detect your mouse, try the steps here for further isolation. If that didn't help, let me know through PM and provide the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other workarounds to help you resolve the problem. Thanks!
