Razer and Affirm
So I’ve chatted, I’ve called and I’ve emailed. Since Friday I have had this issue- I made an order on Razer.com and paid through Affirm. The order shows up on Affirm’s side but not Razer’s. The order isn’t in the history on my account, I never received an order confirmation email and the order is stagnant on Affirm; no progress once so ever. I could’ve had the products by now. But it shows up on Affirm- “Approved - Merchant Processing”. The merchant is not processing. The merchant has no proof of the order. The merchant has told me to simply reorder- which would just give me another bill if I can’t get rid of this one. When Razer told me to reorder I went and contacted Affirm for the first time, they told me to get a cancellation document from Razer. I contacted Razer again- they basically said that I need to contact Affirm because they have their own way of processing orders. I did. Affirm pushed the issue back to Razer. Not to mention, every time I contact Razer they tell me to wait upwards of three business days. My order was over three hundred dollars and I could have had it by now. I’m moving soon and if I ever get it I don’t want it going to the wrong apartment. I’ve been pushed back and forth by Razer and Affirm for almost an entire week now- I don’t know what to do. I love Razer products and I am happy to support them and purchase their products but this is frankly ridiculous. Posting here is a last ditch effort to get better service quicker. Not to say the service hasn’t been great, all of the representatives have been delightful. I’m just tired of waiting and being pushed between the two companies.
