Good morning/afternoon,
I am trying to get in contact with somebody at Razer to see about getting a new Charging cable for my Anzu.
I received my anzu about 3 days ago and they are working great! BUT my charging cable (Usb-a to glasses) only charges one side. I know the glasses are working fine because I can swap the sides and both sides charge no problem. But I am not able to charge both sides at a time which is really annoying. I tried to contact support on the website but nothing comes up yet for the Anzu.
Could somebody point me in the right direction please!

I may be able to get you a replacement charging cable. Please send me the serial number of your Razer Anzu. I'll take it from there.
