Razer Anzu Crackling sound

Hello, I recieved my Anzu glasses today and noticed that the right speaker is crackling. I tried to use it on different devices but got the same problem... Its not a constant noise but 80% of the time you hear some crackling sound. Only on the right side, left side is perfect and sounds very nice.

    Are you getting the same results with and without Gaming mode enabled? Either way, please send me the serial number so I can check for possible solutions. For now, try installing the Razer Anzu app and check for firmware updates. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
