My Razer Anzu, that i purchased on 18th February 2025, was recv’d today from Amazon, and after the unboxing, when i’m trying to charge to connect it to my phone, my left temple charging light is blinking constantly, whereas my right temple glows only once, and then does not glow, while being on charge.

App is not allowing me to connect stating that its detecting only 1 bud/temple and asking me to bring both temples/buds in sync.

What should i do here?

Hi leetMauvelousfever879,

If your Razer Anzu glasses aren’t lighting up blue when connected to the charger, it could indicate a problem with the charging cable, the glasses themselves, or the charging port. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the glasses and the power source. If possible, test with a different charging cable to rule out issues with the original one.
  2. Look at the charging port on the glasses for any damage that might be affecting the connection.
  3. If you can, charge the glasses using another power source, like a different a USB port on your computer, to see if the issue lies with the power source.

Follow the steps below to propely charge your device:

  1. Remove the charging cables from inside the carrying case inner flap.
  2. Attach both sides of the included charging cable to the charging pins located on the temples.
  3. Connect the other end to a compatible USB-A charging source.
Note: The blue lights on each side of the temples will illuminate to indicate charging.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please send me a PM with the serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation. Good luck!
