razer app engine not opening

Hello.

I'm trying to resolve this problem for hours looking for answer on the internet, but nothing works by now.

my Razer App Engine 7.1 surround sound was working fine until a problem happened to my pc and i reinstalled the app but when i open it the application minimise to tray with "log in to get started". When i click it, login again, it minimise again. I tried:

- Reinstall application (also clean one)
- Close it via task manager and run again
- Reboot PC
- Log in as guest

 Nothing works. It only minimise to tray with "log in to start" again.

Any solutions?

cna i have the solution aswell? i did a minor change to my pc today and since then razer synapese cant be used
