I recently purchased a Razer Atheris Stormtrooper edition from Gamestop. I've noticed that it will randomly lag. It's gotten much worse to the point where most of the time it won't even move. According to the manual, I have two years of warranty left, but when I try to contact support with the serial number it says that it is out of the warranty. (I should also mention that I purchased it brand new, not pre-owned). I have tried all of the basic steps for troubleshooting, and other mice and Bluetooth devices seem to work fine.
I would rather not return it and try to fix it if possible, but apparently contacting support is tied to warranty? Very strange policy.
