My Razer Atheris mouse suddenly isn’t moving after working for more than a year. It connects via bluetooth and usb 2.4 ghz, and the buttons and scrolling works but the mouse cursor doesn’t move! Installed firmware etc. already.
Any information why this happened and advice on how to fix? Is it time to get a new one??

Thanks for alerting us about this. Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also reinstall its drivers. If that didn’t work, then send me a message via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
