After almost a year of purchase of this mouse, its been giving me this really annoying issue, in which the mouse just suddenly disconnects or goes back into pairing mode (connected via dongle already) it just randomly decides to either disconnect or go into pairing mode ( at least i think it is, based on what the lights on the dpi button show) , its really disappointing because i really like this mouse, i have tried resetting the mouse, with the 3 button press and hold but it just doesn’t seem to work or do anything, nor does changing the battery… and for the Bluetooth mode as well, it seems to have the same issue
.I’m really frustrated at this point after months of trying to find a solution online. hope i can get some help from here, thank you!
p.s i haven’t dropped my mouse, this mouse doesn’t leave my table , i have a secondary mouse for when I’m traveling so , there shouldn’t be an issue with it being dropped or any such thing.
