This is actually a device limitation for the iPad pro. As far as I know, iOS does not have any support for mouse pointers as it is strictly a touch-based mobile OS.

iPad OS 13.4 have added support for keyboard and mouse. Does it means that i need to update the moused firmware? I have no issue when i used it with the usb receiver but not with Bluetooth.

Do you mind sharing what the problem is when on Bluetooth mode? We don't have any firmware available for iPad OS. The closest that I can find is for mac, and you can find that from here.

The scrolling is not working when in Bluetooth mode. Will there be any firmware update for iPadOS in the future?

I have no information about firmware updates for the iPadOS, but given the current focus on the Windows platform, I highly doubt it.

I’ve exactly same iPad and Atheris can confirm it works all together flawlessly on Bluetooth connection. I tried that at first time iPad OS launch, didn’t use it recently since my use case enough with brydge keyboard and iPad touch screen maybe some OS bugs or wireless connection that disturbing Bluetooth connection.

Thanks for the assist. ✊

@kchin7 I highly recommend that you test the mouse on the Windows platform. Let me know if you get similar results. Maybe, just maybe, your device's Bluetooth receiver is the problem.

Take your time, but send me your results via PM in case we need to troubleshoot.
It’s now working perfectly on Bluetooth with latest iPad OS 13.5.1.
